Lore Forge is a one-of-a-kind offline worldbuilding program with the option of being useable online (and on mobile) for the price of a coffee a month. But what I love about it how fun and easy it is to use! I highly rec. it.
I've been using Campfire Writing since they were called Campfire Blaze. A fun and less complicated replacement for worldbuilding services such as LegendKeeper and World Anvil. It also has an open, welcoming community!
Yep, Discord. It's a chatroom-like software where you can create and join your own servers. It's great for writing communities and other creative communities! I HIGHLY recommend downloading it!
Having used Scrivener for almost a decade, I can attest to how it has helped me write all my stories. It has a bit of a steep learning curve, but it is worth it. It comes with an easy tutorial and features dual screens!
After the whole NaNoWriMo organization fiasco, I found myself without a writing home. But, I found Pen Pinery, a site I cannot recommend enough! Blog, share, and advertise about your stories and even your WIPs!
Ream Stories is a subscription site manned by writers created for writers. Think if Patreon and Wattpad (in the sense of what it's for) had a very, very young baby. It isn't too bad...but the people behind it are weird?
Inkitt is another subscription site! This time it's more like Wattpad but if it had a more mature audience more than half the time? It is currently where I upload all of my stories, including experimental ones.
